My FI has just moved back from CT to TN. He had called USCIS sometime last week before he moved regarding the change of address. Yet when I log on to the site, there's no sign there's any changes. Just the usual case received in September.

Try asking in December, I remember a few filers there changed their address (Sorry can’t remember the name..)

I changed my address in February, I see the changes on the old website but not the new. I also received a confirmation that my request was completed by email, they do not send anything in the mail, and when you call to confirm the rep cant actually see your address...kind of weird, but I have the confirmation by email. It took about 2 business days for the email confirmation. (I actually messed up on my first request and put the wrong street number, that is why I have so many updates, but they completed my 2nd requested which had the correct address.)

Hi there!

Thank you so much. Yea, I just tried logging into the old site. Noting on the address change too.

Think I'll just FI call them again once he settled down into his new pad.

Thank you!

Either one is ok. If calling NVC, they usually go by the online date as that’s the only database they access

everyone

Today was my interview it went ok ok but they didn’t approved my case yet, for some additional documents they put on hold and gave me the 221 g white slip

they wanted more documents like photo email, chat , video chat records, evidence of all ticket, hotel reservation which I have already submitted and carried with me during interview. I don’t have problem to submit all this again but most weird part is they ask for evidence that we have made plan for a wedding in th us like reservation with an officiant or court date, printed wedding invitations, a list of vendors and their contact information, receipts for wedding outfit and rings receipt and also they want list of planned wedding guests theirs relationships to us addresses and phone numbers hold on not finish notarized statements describing how we met each other and why did we decided to get married. Any ways we are willing to try this also but my question what if we booked every things they asked for In USA and we paid the token amount to everyone and my visa will not be approved by consular then we have to face huge loss..

anyone has asked to submit these type of evidence please do reply me back

POE at O'Hare Int'l Airport in Chicago yesterday - no questions asked by CBP! Very smooth entry to UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

Itinerary:
Cebu-Shanghai China (delayed for 1 hr and 20 minutes on China Eastern Airlines)
Shanghai-O'Hare Int'l Airport ( China Eastern made a new arrangement on our flight since we didn't catch our original flight going to San Francisco which was supposed to be our POE,  so,  if you missed your flight, you don't have to worry cos airline will take care of that with no charge at all)
Chicago-Austin (very smooth process in getting our baggage)

Hey, how are you? Have you heard anything yet? I can't believe it's so incredibly slow for you - have you made any inquiries?

Hey! Are you settling well there?

I know, we haven’t heard anything still. Just submitted another inquiry on the 12th. FI called them yesterday and was told he can’t be transferred to a Tier 2 cos I have made an inquiry already. 😒

I am! I still can't shake the feeling that it's just a vacation, maybe because it's the summer and a lot of my friends, family and former colleagues back in Sweden have holidays and time off school/work. I feel like eventually, I'll be going back too, so I wonder when that's really going to sink in that that's not the case.

That is awful. I really wonder what it could be that's taking so long. Either way you should have the right to know what's going on (or not going on). Whether it's a background check that's taking time or someone simply forgot about the application. How are you guys holding up?

Hello my dear Berries!

In a few hours I'm heading to Moscow and start my 24-hours-trip to the US! It still feels unreal. Maybe it'll feel more real once I'm at the airport...

I know that our journey was so smoothly comparing to many people here, and I should be thankful and happy (I really am!!), but I can't get rid of this sad feeling of leaving people here, especially my little niece and my Grammy. I hope homesickness won't be too hard once I'm there.

I hope everyone is doing well either in the US or in your home countries! And I'm rooting for those without approval, I really really wish you get it asap!
