Hello Naes, I'm pretty new here.. could you tell me where you found the info with the noa1 and noa2/rfe please? I actually got my noa1 in Feb/14 but I'm on this thread to see how it's going for the September filers since the USCIS is nearly finishing up September.

Thank you!!

As it is already written on the post; You can use Case tracker app to get this info.

They are focusing on October now not September by the way...

What do you mean by they are not focusing on September? That’s heartbreaking to me. I know this is the month for October but still. Today is my day 229 and there’s not movement in September 6th whatsoever. I see some September getting approved but not specific sept 6th

Hey guys, I'm new to VisaJourney. Please go easy on me if I'm asking something that's already been discussed My Fiancee and I got our NOA1 on Sept 11, 2017. We got NOA2 on March 22, 2018 which was approved! Our case was transferred to the NVC soon after (not sure when) and assigned a case number on April 5. It's been 18 days since and it's still "At NVC" or in Admin processing according to NVC call center. Are we close? How long does it typically take to leave the NVC on it's way to the Embassy? Thanks all!

they are focusing on October. As of today October 30th actually...what do you want me to say?

Focusing is focusing, it doesn’t mean September doesn’t get movement but it won’t get as much as October. That’s why I put that huge post... I can’t change the facts

AP does not really have a timeline. It is especially rare as far as we know for k1 to go through AP on NVC stage.

With AP unfortunately there are not many averages.

You can search for “k1 AP NVC” on visajourney. As is rare, i think it will be hard to get a good answer on monthly topics.

I STILL cannot understand why people don't see that things do get processed in any sort of proper order.  Is it fair?  Of course not.  But those are the facts.  Some people get approved in 170 days or less.  Others have to wait 300 or more, with zero explanation given as to why it took so long.  There are 3000-4000 K1s alone filed every month, let alone all the many other types of visas that need to be processed.  Just sit back, take a few deep breaths and relax.  There is literally nothing anyone can do to make their case get approved faster.  Yes, it's not fair.  And there are thousands of people in the same boat.  If a relationship is on solid ground then the wait shouldn't be the end of the world.

11/14/17 129F mailed

11/17/17 NOA1

05/14/18 NOA2

06/06/18 NVC received and case # assigned

06/12/18 left NVC

06/13/18 Manila Embassy received

06/13/18 CFO completed at Clark Pampanga

06/18-19/18 Medical exam

07/10/18 Interview - APPROVED!!

07/29/18 POE

that was extremely rude! Omg yes I’m one hell of a selfish person!

what can I say? Lie to people??

@Naes I didn’t find it rude but I think everyone is on the edge. I’m at 228 days so I can understand the emotions. I honestly appreciate all your knowledge on this because it’s extremely confusing process.
