Hi Everyone,

Does anyone mind sharing what kind of Extreme Hardship they used on their 601?

Ours is financial, I have a few medical issues, our kids don’t speak Spanish at all. Where my husband is from is a very dangerous place for U.S citizens. We support my mother who is disabled. Stuff like that. But mainly the financial situation. We filed an i601a

I have a similar timeline only my husband is from Honduras. We recieved notice that his case had been transfered due to case overload and would be processed within 60 days. Its so frustrating to see cases that are literally processed within a month when we have been waiting so long.
