That's right. 90 days before the 3 year anniversary of the green card is when you can start applying.

Did the sections that say petitioner and beneficiary both that tge name of the green card holder?

I have not received it yet, but I have read that it's normal.

Koolos you submitted at CSC right? I still haven’t had mine, they received it on 1March cashed my money order 13March and still no NOA. I’m hoping it’s just Houston Mail as my husband still hasn’t received a number of birthday cards due here the 16th! I’ll probably give it another week before I start to get really worried!

I am starting to get a bit worried. I've seen a few people whose package was received after mine getting their NOAs or at least get their check cashed. I wonder if this has anything to do with the expiration date on the GC. It seems those with expiring GC get their NOAs much faster than others. Mine expires in May, so maybe they think they have time.

I’m in the same boat! Mine expires May 18th and they received my forms on 2nd March with money order cashed March 13th but no NOA

Do you have the option to call?  Without an actual case #?  Cause I would call.  You were a day after mine.  It really just be that the deal with the ones closest to the expiration date first. Maybe you can call and get some general information about that at least.

My husband’s expires in May as well, and our check was cashed today - I would try calling.

I was worried too but finally today they cashed my check! Send it out on 3/13 they received 3/14 !
