I love the way you put it.  when using the terms Hellbraska or victims of Nebraska I think is funny gives something to laugh in the middle of this painful process . I hope we go thru this soon. I feel for those future visa applicants as things will start to get harder and harder with visa processes. I hope not but that what it looks like.

it's either laughing or crying. I've done both :P

It seems that things got back to ''normal'' at least for now. People are being approved in 6-7 months again at Nebraska. We were just really unlucky apparently!

See they don't even know what they are talking about. They are so rude and lazy that's what I feel like..wow my consulate is not on there for it won't be electronic. But the supervisor said they are adding 35 more consulates to be able to do CEAC but couldn't tell me if my consulate will be one of them...

Yeah I know that would be great because it would be a lot faster once we finally receive the case number. I don't know why she couldn't tell me, she seems like she doesn't even know what she is talking about and just wanted to get me off the phone. I feel like most of them are so rude.

I know..most of the ladies I spoke to were rude...some men were much more polite and empathetic

no i dont think we mail anything. how did u end up decreasing file size.....

I had to go into the settings directly on my printer/scanner & decrease the dpi size before I scanned the docs.

I don't think we have to mail anything either...just confused over the message. But I think they still send these automatically generated responses.

hoping someone will chime in & confirm that we don't mail anything!

I am not sure what they are doing. They don't process cases in order for sure. It's been a very long wait for us.

Anyone around this SD who doesn't has a CC yet ?

Yes you are right, they don't process cases in order although they will tell you otherwise. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do than to keep calling and waiting.

YAYAYAYAYAYAY! FINALLY! a case number was assigned. I called today and they gave me the case number. My case is EP case.

NVC received my case on Feb 13th and a case number was assigned either today or Friday March 16th!

I did call on March 12th and the agent was kind enough to make a request for a supervisor to look into the case.

so what is the next step now guys?
