I know someone who worked in qatar and she said obtaining PC from there will take 1-2months.

:( I think it'll take time for me then. But thanks. I would need to ask the Qatar Embassy the fastest way. How is your petition going?

Don’t you have any friends in qatar? You didn’t figure it out getting one before your approval? Yes better ask the qatar embassy and gather now the needed requirements. Time is running.

We just sent back our RFE response. Hoping for an approval this month.

Filed 12/22/2017, received NOA1 1/12/2018, but still waiting for NOA2.   My fiance is from India, so not sure if country makes different. Filing was done at California processing center.

Even though online status states Received, but received RFE about match broker questionnaire on 7/30 and sent back on 7/31 and received on 8/1 to USCIS.

But still no response.

On top of this my fiance is pregnant and due for delivery in last week of November or first week of December.

Any thoughts.

Thanks.

Hello Assad, not sure about the process of RFE. I think should contact USCIS to follow up on it.

Hi Reyhan

Since I used a lawyer, I have been speaking thier paralegal and he said they told him that after rfe can only contact 30 days but it is still being processed and you can hear anytime.

I don't know if that anytime meant very soon or well we can send a decision anytime we are not defined to a specific processing time.

I suggest you call USCIS and ask for tier 2. Ask for any update about your RFE response. You might already approved but you didn’t only know..

If you will try to go back and read again the instruction i know it is stated there. But i might also be wrong. Ours is also simply a yes or no. But this is what stated in the instruction.D5078A4C-7C00-4E6B-8B15-8DE03190D2B9.jpeg.4b3a0588708d6ab3750675f81f585ed6.jpeg

Ours didn’t have any omitted items or that section of writing on. It just asked for a yes or no and a signature so I’m sure it will be fine 😁

I’m worried now, but all my petitioner received was this and it doesn’t say to date anything?

Oh don’t you worry. Yours go with a “Petitioner’s name and signature” at the Bottom. That’s already acceptable coz they provided a newly printed letter while ours is the original I-129form of ours in which there’s no printed name and signature on the form. We only relied to their instruction. As I’ve said i could be wrong. 😓😓😓

We will get our approval this month don’t you worry. 😉

As I recall from reading that interview with the ex-adjudicator, all the adjudicators write their own RFEs--there's no standard way to do things for RFEs.  If your letter provided a place for a signature, but not a date then you should be fine.  Your adjudicator simply did things differently than Lucy & Jason's.  Don't sweat it, you followed the instructions you received correctly.
