Hi everyone. Our date is old site 15, new 19 February . Question 🤨, we sent the petition when we knew each other for 1 year, we saw each other twice a year, and we of course talk every day. Is it enough for one year of a relationship to send a petition? and sorry if I made mistakes, still learning english😅

Uscis requires that u have MET in person 1 time within a 2 year period of filing.

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

It isn’t believed that uscis looks over a months worth of petitions and picks out the easiest ones. Then they go back and work on the ones that take more time to complete for whatever reason.

What ever they did yesterday they are no longer doing that. They installed new procedures today which cancelled out what they did yesterday but hey there is still time as they won't expire till midnight. So check in the morning for updated instructions. This message will self destruct in 10 seconds.

There is no rhyme or reason for what they do or don't do. Trust me you'll never figure it out.

You made me laugh, thanks for the snarky response. This was just an observation I stated, no one is trying to figure what they do and what not. But I'm gonna shut up and check in the morning for updated instructions as advised. Thank you!
