Hi all,  today I received an initial interview letter for my AOS at Raleigh office. My interview is on June 25th. My NOA1 date is Feb 21 and I am adjusting from K1 here. We are super happy and ho

Hey everyone!   We just got approved for the green card! Interview was smooth, we came 1:55 and right at 2:00 we were invited to the room for the interview. The lady was really nice!

Hang in there everyone!  Your day is just around the corner.  We just got approved today and they ordered the card as of 6/15/18.  We are so happy and especially relieved!  We were so worried.

Anybody received the RFIE? Please tell us what it’s about? That’s what initial evidence the think you omitted and should submit.

Wow, lucky you. Mine was delivered a week earlier than you and still nothing... From what I understand all the petitions go to NBC so totally normal!

APPROVED: June 23 2021     CARD DELIVERED:   June 30 2021

Case Ready to be scheduled: May 3 ( that update only showed up in August! after being notified about EAD&AP )
EAD&AP  We approved your case:  August 8   /  In the mailbox:  August 16 2018
Interview   -    March 14 2019    ( Notice Date:  February 1)  -   Approved!

Happy to see most of K1 April and May filers here :) 

 

I sent my package on Feb 23rd and it was delivered Feb 26th, only 2 days ago 

 

Now "the usual waiting" has started :D

RFE - CSC sent October 2nd (case tracker shows 27th September)  RFE - received October 5th  RFE - sent back to CSC  October 6th  RFE- CSC received -October 7th (case tracker shows October 13th) 

NOA2 date - October 18th 2017(case tracker shows October 19th), NOA2 Hard copy -October 24th;  NVC #assigned - November 15th NVC left November 21st

Consulate received - November 28th Packet 3 sent - December 18th; Packet 4 received - December 22nd; Medical exam - January 3rd 2018; Interview -January 17th 2018 APPROVED

Visa issued - January 18th Visa delivered - January 19th POE - January 28th

Biometrics appointement - March 30th 2018 (requests received March 16th), 2nd Biometrics appointment for EAD for one of my K2s - April 16 2018

New card is being prepared for I-765 - August 13 2018 (online status), Card is mailed - August 16 2018 (online status), Received approvals for i-130 and i-765, also letter for interview - August 17 2018, Status updated to USPS received your Card - August 17 2018, EAD/AP combo cards received in mailbox - August 18 2018,

SSN cards(K1+K2) received in mailbox August 20 2018

Interview - August 29 2018 Green card for me K1 received September 7th 2018, K2s received 2 weeks later

Hmm that's strange. Did you send the E-notification application? We don't have hard copies yet. I hope you hear something soon.

No text, no email no congratulatory phone call saying they are going to just approve everything without all that silly waiting. 😉

I did sign up for Usps informed delivery and just got an email from them and I have three envelopes coming from USCIS national benefits center today!!!!

Sounds like good news to me! 

It's strange that you haven't got your text/email updates though if you applied using G-1145?

I would maybe check your spam in your email though as all 3 of my email updates were put into my spam ^_^

I am not alarmed yet... some people seem to have to wait 3 weeks for any information...but some frustration when I imagine that we have been assigned to somebody who is swamped or slow, or the packet is at the bottom of a pile... (even though I guess all those employees must be swamped :-)) ...
ok day 17th so it can't be much longer... and yes, we sent e-notification application

Just received the texts! 

 

Application was sent 13th feb and that’s the date for the ap.

 

however for ead and greencard it’s 27th feb! 

 

Just glad it’s all being done :D 

 

on another note...is anyone from LA?

Went to the uscis office yesterday  in Elizabeth NJ to do the biometrics. Our appointment is for the 6th of March.

The very kind and sweet supervisor declined to do a walk in. Stating its not an emergency. I think it all depends on who you get.

Received all 3 NOA’s for AOS, AP and EAD. Never did get a text or email. Checked junk folder too. Now just waiting for some motivated worker to process it

Has anyone had an issue using the online case status check thing?  I typed the MSCxxxxxxxxz number in. Correctly I might add and I get an error message saying it isn’t recognized?
