Have to agree with Dee elle. Also is a financial requirement for support that has to be considered.

When will you be moving back to the US?

This is a family reunification visa and at the moment there is no need as you are all together.

However you look at it your Brother will not be moving to much later.

Do you have anybody who can financially sponsor your Parents?

Anyway something for 4 years down the road. So a lot you can do in between time.

Can’t I get my brother there any faster as we apply for reunification as he is under age and when I will be 21 he will 16 and he would not be an adult can’t he get in the same time as my parents as he is dependent on them even when I will be 21

No

He could apply for a Student Visa, you can of course study as you are a USC.

When you are 21 you can sponsor your parents will take a year or so.

They could sponsor your brother another 2 years or so.

Assuming rules do not change.

If your Mum's Brother is a USC he can also sponsor her.

No guarantee on timeline, again as mentioned the 'reunification' may be done away with relatively soon (maybe within months) and there can be delays and all.

As to your moms brother sponsoring her, yes he can... then once she get's he GC, then she could sponsor her husband and son, so that could be 3-5 between her receiving her green card and then petitioning her son and husband.

That is also again as long as everyone can meet the financial requirements laid out in the affidavit of support needed for sponsorship.

So within 3 years my whole family will have a green card?

and is it easier that I sponsor my family or my mom brother sponsor her and she sponsor my dad and brother?

4 years for you to be 21

1 year to sponsor parents

2 years for parents to sponsor brother

Roughly

Total 7 years.

I think if your uncle sponsors your mother, you are looking at a long wait, also.  If your uncle is USC, then she may be waiting the 13 to 16 years.  You can submit the petition for her under your uncle (if he is USC, not a GC holder) and then when you are 21, you can apply for her and your dad.  That will still leave the problem of getting residency for your brother.  The student visa would be difficult.

Life in the US is not easy.  US immigration does not equal a better lifestyle.

Whenever my parents get a green card we will move

Then you'll never be moving. Your parents don't get a green card until after they have landed in the USA. Not before. And you must go before or with them. Green cards are not applied for outside of the USA. Immigrant visa holders are granted green cards once they have arrived here.
