I added it to my Timeline and signature for everyone's benefit, but yep, May 15th, so the trend maintains.

I had singular situation where mine was rejected then accepted I had to do a second bio! I originally planned on calling uscis to see if the first bio could be used for both but then I just didn't bother I ended up walking in a week early and got it done!

We were not told anything regarding the Bio.  We also did not ask at the time.  When I sent it in the 3rd time, I included the Bio letter from USCIS showing that she had completed it.  It is a little early to know if they will accept that or not, as it just finally got accepted.  We lost 2 months while they jerked it around, but nothing can be done about that at this point.  We are trying to be patient on it, it is hard though.

Got you. Mine was accepted a little earlier so I will let you know if I receive another bio letter, if you want. You are right, it is nothing we can really do but just be patient and do what we are told to do. Thank you for response.

Very frustrating I didn't want to do the second one and my lawyer was just like if they ask you to do it go get it done don't even waste time calling them is what he told me. The good thing is it was only a 15-20 min drive for me. I can imagine ur frustration having to drive 8hrs round trip sucks!

Yeah, Thats pretty much two day trip for me, as my last bio was scheduled in the morning, so I had to come a day before, good thing that hubby got an aunt there, so I had a place to stay for a night. Still sucked though, but what you gonna do.

Maybe you can try calling them and asking if the same bio can be used and if not maybe they'll allow you to use the one closest to u

I tried but the customer service cannot do nothing really about it, as they are not able to contact straight your officer that got your case, that is what I was told. And it is really only up to THAT person who got your case. When I said about the office so far away I only Heard „I apologize” back, there was No chance to change it... so it is what it is I guess.

Hello, day 94 no news, both DHS and USCIS case tracker are stuck at case received, I will most likely book an Infopass for the end of the month, on April 27th if I dont hear anything by then
