Nope, but I found out mine was finally mailed to NVC on Thursday, December 14th, so hopefully early November NOA2s start hearing something next week.

Jesus. Can they be any slower?!? It’s not like it takes much effort. What the heck do they do all day?!?!

Probably they can 😂 no idea what is happening with CSC that its taking so long maybe something related to their inner KPIs. It’s a government facility and we are only numbers there. Angry numbers that keep calling them eveyday ;)

What you can do is keep calling NVC and USCIS until they confirm case is sent to NVC and you get the number

I don't thing its somethin personal, we are just numbers. If they have some inner stuff that makes them process things so long now they will keep doing that, according to their inner politics. We won't know... At least we are all in the same situation, which means its global problem and not 2-3 people being unlucky.

 I don't understand it taking 90 days, aren't NOA2's only good for 90 days themselves ?

This is the question I'm asking everyday...

I really believe in this "numbers" being the problem.

the rfe numbers, approval numbers, denial numbers : yes we are stricter! There are quotas to satisfy new administration requests. It is not a secret stricter process and more rfes are asked for. So here they are creating more.. yayyyy (that was the most sarcastic yay I ever said)

Hey guys, I have a not so great update from NVC

I called today and gave them my receipt number, and as expected, they said it's not there and to send an email to NVC Research. I said I already did that, and that NVC research hadn't replied to me yet, but that I did my own research and finally found out USCIS mailed out my petition on Thursday, December 14th. She then said "it can take up to 6 weeks for NVC to receive the petition FROM THE POINT USCIS MAILS IT TO US"

Not sure if she's a broken record, or if this is actually true; however, I think it's probably not true since in the past we saw people getting case numbers about 2 weeks after they were approved, and I'm guessing these cases were shipped out shortly after they were approved...

UGH I seriously want to punch something I'm so incredibly fed up with this horrible process.

You appear to be getting so many conflicting responses. Did you contact your Congressman or the Ombudsman with a list of different responses you've had alongside the request for inquiry?

Someone is giving out incorrect information and it really isn't fair on you. GL
