My I 130 was approved on May 25th from Texas Service Center.  I still haven't recieved update that my case is sent to NVC.

Is this normal processing time?

Same here NOA2 may 24 TSC still NVC didn’t receive my cases.

when you call they say it takes up to 6 weeks to receive the cases from USCIS

I just called NVC and asked and they told me my case is electronic processing through CEAC

and asked them if they received it they said we don’t know but they put it on the new system on June 19

so is that the date they received it ?

and how long for case no for electronic processing ?

Thanks

My I-130 was approved on May 8th, Potomac.

First time to call NVC yesterday. I called twice yesterday and received the same info. They received my case on May 14 (I know they don't send notice that they received it). There is no Case# yet or even invoice#. It can take up to 8 weeks. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

But I would still try to call them 2-3x a week.

🌷Came to US in the Spring of 2013 thru K-1 Visa🌷

Citizenship completed in the Summer of 2017

😊Applying for IR2😊

Is there any Nebraska approvals in November ?

I was approved on 6/6.  The website still says not approved.  Call and speak with Tier 2.  I got the letter in the mail on 6/12

PD : NOV 17th Nebraska

Both old & new website shows RFE letter sent: June 1st

Received RFE letter by mail on: June 13th

Envelope shows postmark dated: June 4th

RFE letter is dated: June 6th

Reason for RFE letter "USCIS received the abstract of the marriage certificate, USCIS needs the full marriage certificate". Only wallet size marriage certificate sent to USCIS and I thought I had "Large sized" original marriage certificate but it is no where to be found. (looked ALL DAY yesterday) Sent request for "Large sized" marriage certificate by courier. When received will forward photocopy to USCIS. So, the waiting continues. At least I know what was missing.

They received my evidence on 19th June!. how's about you?
