I knew something wrong happened to our papers. Lol papers was received on the 2nd and was returned today. Nov 13. So my understanding the petitioner is the american citizen which is my husband and im the spouse. So he signed page 7 and i signed page 8. Oh boy was i wrong. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

The person removing the conditional residence is the Petitioner and needs to sign on 7. While the US Citizen spouse signs on 8.

Can i just replace the two pages and send the whole thing back including the checks and the whole packet that i originally sent to them? They stamp the back of the check for deposit so i think its okay to just resend it? Thabk you!

Study the form once more and follow the instructions to make sure everything is filled correctly. You can down a filled I-751 template . Then if all is okay, why not!

guys i was checking on my evidence here is what i got

  • i-751 form, a check for $680, the fee for I-751 form and biometric service fee and copies of the passport and green card of mine, copy of me and my wife’s driver licenses showing same address.
  • Copy of W2 forms for 2015 and 2016 and copies of our 2015 and 2016 joint US tax returns. Copies of car insurances from 2015 to 2018.
  •  Copy of the joint car loan proof from Navy Army Bank.
  • Copy of our Bank of America joint bank account statements from 2016 to present.
  •  Copy of our health insurance cards and proof of active health insurance policy from 2016- present.
  •  Copy of medical bills from insurance company, dentist, eye doctor and ER to same address.
  •  Copy of our water bills from 2016 to October 2017 (including)
  • Copy of some junk mails and memberships to same address.
  •  Copy of mails from my  school (including graduation notice) and copy of Honor Society notices to same address.
  •  Copy of my individual credit card statements to same address.
  • Social media posts and comments from friends.
  • Pictures from special days with family members.

(all 2016 evidences are from december 2015 and begning of 2016)

House is my wife's she bought it back then on 2003 so there is no document on that. we don't want neither RFE nor interview just because of not enough evidence. so what do you guys think?
