8/16/17 --- AOS Packet received Chicago USCIS Day 0

8/21/17  --- Received email & text notification 

8/23/17  --- Received hard copy of NOA  

9/01/17  --- Biometrics letter notice for I-485 & I-765 & I-131  

9/11/17  --- Biometrics Appointment Done

I'm on the same boat
I've applied to several jobs since getting my EAD

 

I've been on final stages on interviews with several copmanies and often get asked about my EAD, validity and timeline of my green card. :(

I never got an offer although hiring managers initally seems positive about employing me. 

 

Not sure if the EAD mattered or i'm just not qualified haha

10/26/2017: Priority Date - AOS

11/29/2017: Biometrics Appointment

12/21/2017: EAD/AP Approval in 56 Days

12/18/2018: Interview Day | Approved on the Spot

12/22/2018: Received Green Card (10 Years)

09/20/2021 - Early Filing Online (3 year -married to US Citizen)

09/20/2021 - Received NOA & status changed to "Case being actively reviewed" & Biometric Reuse

03/31/2022 - Interview in West Palm Beach Fl

yeah i know. it sucks. so i took today off of job hunting, will regroup this weekend and then will be back at it next week! good luck to us both! :)

I requested it over the phone with T2 Officer. He said there were way too many out there so they could not do it.

I don't buy that answer, that T2 was probably just being lazy. It doesn't matter whether they have too many of it already, you have every right to raise an SR.

This is serious if you have an interview and didn't attend because you didn't received anything.

 

I don't think you are denied as yet but you will get denied because they have time frame to sent anything so you need to call them asap and let them know you never received the letter or email.

 

they Maybe can give you another date.

 

so work on it like now.

 

I am telling you this because I have this problem with something else and I started the I-130 again. it was not my fault it was uscis so with my case I didn't had to pay another fees.

 

because its not your fault they will give you an appointment asap.

 

Just trying to help before it get worst.
