Hi,

My I130 was approved on 30 May 2017. But I entered US on 7th June 2017 on my L1B. I have applied for AOS (I-485, I-765  and I-131) on 10th Oct 2017. I still havent received my 797C nor has my check been encashed.  Also my spouse is a US citizen

Should I call up USCIS to enquire about my case? Will I receive  a new receipt number?

Thanks

AK

I got my NOA1 for I-485, EAD and AP letters on saturday (28th Oct). So i am hoping that i ll get my biometric next month

Anybody here who is well past 20 days since receipt date and haven't received their biometrics appointment letter yet?

I'm on my 24th day and worried that the letter got lost in the mail and I might miss my appointment....

Tried calling USCIS and they said to call again 30 days after receipt date if I still haven't received my letter <_<

Walked in for biometrics appointment today. I didn't even had to explain why I wanted to do or earlier. The office was completely empty.

Also went to the DMV try to get a DL, they did not accept the i797c, even though I had called ahead of time and was told they would accept it.

Reporting from Kansas City-MO.
