We're on the same boat. Mine, was also received in October 17th and up until now. No notifications and they haven't even cashed the checks yet. :(

Hopefully, we get some good news soon. Good luck!

hi, did you by any chance also send your packet through fedex/ups/dhl? not proven, but i just have a suspicion that packets that go through that alternative address (and signed by this chyba) are being attended to slower (one reason maybe because they need to be transferred to the lockbox first before being looked at). i dunno, just wondering.

I sent mine via USPS, priority mail. According to USPS tracking info, mine was delivered early in Oct 17th at the Chicago lockbox and signed by USCIS courier. I've read on some other threads that some people get their notifications in a week and some 2, or 3 weeks. I'm trying not to panic and just keeping my fingers crossed. Keep us posted if there are any updates on yours. Good luck!

I'm sorry to hear that.:mellow: These forms are not easy to fill out and very tedious. Did you get your forms here;

https://www.uscis.gov/i-485  <----------- I got mine directly from their website. Good luck. :)

I see. I download mine earlier this month. If I'm not mistaken the updated form is the one with 06/30/2019 expiration on the upper right hand side of the form.

That's the form I used. I hope they didn't change it after I mailed my packet. That would be a bummer. :unsure:

Got a txt and email last week with the receipt number. The number still does not work in MyUSCIS. Is this normal?

Sent my packet oct 12th and was received the next day. By 16th a got the emails..

Hi, I just received e-notifications (like 30 minutes ago) from USCIS that my packet was received and was given receipts numbers already.  I received 4 text msgs and 4 emails. So, I'm assuming it's for the forms 130/130a, 485/864/693, 765, and 131. According to the email I should get the official receipt (Form I-797) in the  mail within 7-10 days. Have you received the official receipt in the mail, because in the email they sent me it says; "We suggest you wait until you have received your Form I-797 before checking My Case Status."  Good luck! :)

Anyone went to the dmv yet to get their drivers license? What was the process and what was needed?

I just had my behind-the-wheel test today and passed. Unfortunately, because my i94 expires in less than 30 days, they won't issue me a driver's license card. I need to go back with my aos approval letter so that i can be given a card. But i can still use my learner's permit for the meantime.

I applied for a DL card Last September so my i94 was still more than 30 days that was why they accepted my application. Dmv california just has a long wait for appointment which sucks that's why i had to wait so long for my behind-the-wheel driving test.
