I-751 September 2017 Filers

xilef- if that is the case that NBC will recall the I-751 from service center when they will schedule the N-400 interview, then my field office ( Philadelphia) is 8-9 months after filling is scheduling interview for N-400.  So I have no option but to get I-551 stamp.

my local uscis office taking 14-19.5 months to process n400 does it mean additional 14-19.5 months would take for combo approval of i751 and n400 for me?

Hello guys! I rarely comment on here but I always read all your comments. Just wanted to say that today I finally got a notification that a “NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED”  I am a September filer, they received my case on September 18th, 2017. On April 9, 2018 they sent my case to the local office and on November 23 I got transferred to Mesquite, Texas and today finally got approved. It’s been a long journey but Thank God everything is moving now. Good luck to all of you. Next step is citizenship 🤗

actually  estimated time in our N400 cases have nothing to do with real life:) usually it's going much faster

Good news...finally! Notified December 28 of approval, January 3, 2019 card mailed and today (January 5) it arrived!!:) Vermont filer with transfer to Texas at the end of November. We are EAC17356.

sorry to hear that,

 

Negative side: being said , there is no rationale on the adjudication from officer's perspective, it's a personal judgement from the individual officer who looks at your case, 

 

Positive side:  submit the documents until Jan 2019 same things as you submitted until 2017 file month, they are pretty quick in approving(within 10days) once you submit the new documents. they just wanted to see you still have a legit marriage.

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to share my news. I've got an approval on Jan.04. I am a September 2017 filer (NOA - 09/26/2017), EAC 17363..... No RFE, no interview. Thank you so much for all your support.  It really helped to go thru this stressful journey.  And I wish all the best to those who are still waiting!

My friend also got the same as yours, probably they want to get updated with the evidences u guys submitted.   I think they are checking if the couple is still together.
