Even in that, we are the same, I´m expecting a RFE due to missing photocopy of Marriage Certificate (we olny send a translation) , but at least, getting a RFE means that our case reached top of the list!

Day 172 and still waiting!

Unfortunately mine will take a bit more trouble and money to get the name corrected because it seems I will need a court order first to effect that change...

Hi, good morning / afternoon / evening...

Your case number is working?

Mine isn´t and I´m going to submit an inquiry to NSC because of this!

Have a great Day!

6 months in this Febrruary since NOA1! Still waiting!

I was assured that they have informed the IT department and my case number would work shortly. It's been over 3 weeks and it still doesn't work! I don't think they will bother at all. So much for the increased filing fees!

The request was indeed the new form I-130a only, we already furnished the requirement just today, thank you for those comment that advance notice and gave us hint last time....

It was sad to know we neglected to proofread the items we sent Aug., Since we furnished it all June2017 but for other factor the petitioner needed to fly back to USA so that is why we became AUGUST FILER.

But I praise God for not giving us hard rfe requirements and every delay happens for a reason. Patience endurance is; indeed needed on this journey...

On the brighter side atleast we are now catered and knowing potomac service center is snappy in processing papers. We just have to be keen in the future...

It happens across all service centres because the data is churned out whenever users update their timeline. All of us are equally stuck in this whole journey and it would be lucky to get NOA2 in 6 months. The only thing to do is to keep looking forward, preparing for the NVC stage, reading this forum on common problems and try to avoid those.
