:dance: I don't believe it! I tried calling all day yesterday until 11:00 pm and could not get through to the NVC. The IVR kept telling me that the case was being review. This morning :dance: I called at 6:00 am and still got the same message from the IVR so I decided to wait until the office open to speak with a rep. I called at 8:00 and spoke with Kelly and she spoke out those two beautiful words "CASE COMPETE" my case was completed on 4/17/07 :dance::dance: .

I contacted Radu and share the wonderful news with him. :) Now, I'm planning to see if I can get a flight schedule to go out there and be with my love possibly this weekend so we can share some time and prepare ourselves for this interview! :dance:

I'm estactic, but I guess you can all see that! :dance::D

Praise God, he has been my counselor and my redeemer. He heard our prayers and fulfill our wishes! (L):thumbs:

Good Luck to all and may God give you all guidance and the support that is needed to go through this process.

05-11-2007: NVC Approves & closes case for I-129F, sending case to Bogota

05-14-2007: NVC receives DS-230 package

05-24-2007: NVC Completes I-130. Case Closed

06-13-2007: NVC sent I-129F case to Bogota

06-18-2007: Interview date : July 12, 2007

06-25-2007: Package 4 Received

07-12-2007: Visa approved after interview

07-16-2007: Picked up VISA at the Embassy

Congratulations!

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
