Have they taken money from your bank account?.Similar issue with my AOS bill. It has been more than two weeks and it is still showing "in progress". I have talked to NVC agent today and she told me that they are still having issue with CEAC website. She is going to pass my information to her supervisor. She told me to check back a week later

Yes the AOS fee has been taken out of my bank account, I emailed them as well with a copy of bank statement showing that i paid and I spoke to them yesterday as well, she said it was sent to supervisors review and to check again Wed or Thursday if not fixed to call them back. i hope they figure it out.

I see so many having problems paying the fees.  I was given a tip from another person a long time ago...(this payment problem has been happening for a longgg time with nvc)

If you have a netspend card (or any prepaid card service) you can get the routing/account number associated with the card and use it to pay the fees and it is an instant transaction.  The card may have a $2-3 charge with it to use it as a ach (checking) transaction... but well worth it.  I did this and it worked great.  No issues.  Just passing along the info for others.  It may help someone else😊

I would wait about a week for them to receive it from USCIS and then call NVC to ensure they have your correct email address on file. I personally did not have good luck with the NVC email. I sent them a question regarding my fees and received a response a month later.

Called them today. He said it's not in their system yet. I should call back in a week <_<

hello everyone, quick question, I was working on my I-864 form. In one place they were asking if i am married put 1 in the box, but i am sponsoring for my wife, therefore its already 1 in the upper box, so if I put 1 in the other box then household size would be 3..or should I just put NONE in that box? or add 1 for the box by manually and let my household be 2? :(

If you're talking about Part 5, you should put 1 on Item #1 and nothing on Item #3 because that's if she was NOT sponsored in that affidavit, and she is. So it would be 1 on Item #1 and 1 on Item #2 (yourself), totaling 2.

So my IV fee was invoiced but the website doesn't have it unlocked (I can't "select" it from the fees tab). Suggestions??

DS-261 was already reviewed and AOS fee was paid, still shows in process but it was deducted from my account.
