Try not to worry about this so much.  You will get an interview, this is for sure.  I think they may have special spots for EBs.  Good thing is you are not affected by retrogression as EB-1.  You are coming up very soon, plus I saw yesterday someone getting an interview on July 20 for August 7, i.e., at a very short notice.

I'm so frustrated! And people are not helping! Everyone keeps saying things like "told you this immigration thing wouldn't work" or "it's taking too long maybe it's not meant to be" or "try to have a plan B like immigration to Australia"

Everyday, tell yourself that you're closer. Do not listen to people who do not understand these processes, believe it at all. Believe me, it works.

Just called the NVC - no date yet  

 

Just curious, what the maximum number of days someone has waited for an interview date after a CC? I tried to figure it out from the spreadsheets but it's so hard to read them on my phone - anyone know? I'm always picturing myself as an 85 year old woman who's whole life has passed her by while still waiting for her interview date.

Below are the list of EB applicants interview release dates. As you see most of them scheduled between 28th and 30th of the month. However as we discussed before there are some cases who scheduled at random dates as well. So our guesses on 28th to 31st is just an estimation not a rule because there is no ground rule!   I called today and got the same answer as you got.

hello , just found this thread and am very happy because this eb 3 process is nerve racking , and leading me to paranoia, well i have just filled my ds 206 form and submitted on the 21/07/2017  and am wondering if i will get a final processing letter from nvc , also am wondering if it takes the full 11 weeks to  review documents

Hello..  Wondering if there is a way to see if you have a CC by checking your ds260 status..  

 

Does everyone's Ds260 confirmation page say the following ?

 

"Thank You

You have successfully submitted an Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application (Form DS-260). You must bring to your visa interview proof that you submitted this form by printing a confirmation page using the below button. Do not print a copy of this screen; use the below PRINT CONFIRMATION button to print a page with a unique barcode related to your visa application. You can print a confirmation from this website at any time."
