yep---because you are no longer filing under the marriage rule. :) 

Just make sure you have them to submit at your interview though---they will ask for the return transcripts then for the past 5 years.

I had the same issue too. My priority date is one day earlier than received date. I filed exactly on the first day of eligibility. I used USCIS online calculator and even verified the date with N-400

that's odd. I am applying within 90 days, I answered the questions and was able to proceed. Paid the fee and was issued a case number,

I didn't---because when you file online you will already get that notification automatically.

 

So did you figure out whether you had clicked 3 years or 5 years at the beginning of your application?

Although, under 5 years rule you aren't required but it's totally up to you to submit it or not. I did it myself but I uploaded the tax transcripts for the past 3 years ( I also filed under the 5 year rule). It is correct that the required docs aren't that much but I uploaded whatever I felt like was important. Everyone's case is different but this is what i uploaded:

1. Marriage cert 

2. Child's birth cert

3. Tax transcripts 

4. Employment letter

5. Beneficiary letter

6. Bank statement showing joint 

7. My passport copy

8. Wife's birth cert 

9. GC front and back copy

10. DL copy

Hope this helps!

 

uploading docs is a struggle while filing online so good luck with that. Ignore the duplicate submission.

K-1 Visa: I-129F sent Aug 2013; Approved Jan 2014.

Green Card: AOS sent Feb 2014; Approved Jan 2015.

Removal of Conditions: I-751 sent Nov 2016; Approved Apr 2018.

US Citizenship: Application sent Nov 2017; Fingerprints Nov 2017; Civics/English exam March 2018; Oath May 2018.

The PDF letter has posted, but until I get the paper notice in the mail I'm being cautiously optimistic still.

Wonderful! I'm applying at the beginning of November and would absolutely love to have such a fast processing time.
