Yea sorry that's what I meant. The warrant is for a 6'3 black male. You would think the 5'9 guy with pasty white skin would be a pretty obvious non-match but...

Thanks for the online filing link! Just filed my N-400 last night and I already saw the IOE receipt number online this morning. The duplicate documents bug was quite annoying, I ended up uploading 40 documents, but it seems everyone encountered the same problem. Now I just have to deal with the name change in my county court cause there is no judicial oath ceremony in San Francisco, another painful process. Hopefully I can it done before the interview.

I just uploaded the required documents.

 

I seem to recall when I went to fill in my application a few months ago it had places to add things like tax returns etc but looks like they don't have specific sections like that anymore.

My marriage certificate uploaded a total of 6 times, if I remember...no matter how many times I tried deleting the extra ones, didn't work.  In the end, it was submitted, so that's all that mattered to me.

I only uploaded the required documents as well, 30 of them are duplicates due to the system bug. It didn't allow me to delete any previously uploaded documents.

Now, they prompt you before hitting "submit" to sections where uploads are required.  I'm sure you saw that one for your greencard at least, I assume?

yeah, greencard front and back and marriage certificate. I didn't upload anything else.

Then you weren't required to for your online submission if it didn't prompt you to different sections.  Required for me was my GC and court documents only.

They still expect you to bring all of your stuff to the interview, of course.  I didn't upload my tax info either because I just didn't want to be bothered with doing that then and there.

 

As "extras" I uploaded my marriage certificate, passport bio page, an attachment re: travel dates, cover letter, Canada police clearance letter and State ID.

 

I like front-loading applications, gives them more to work with when verifying info quicker on my application I think.

It did ask me about uploading info on my "arrest/citation" though from what I understand a traffic violation doesnt require documentation. Which is good, because I don't have any. 

 

I'll kill some trees and bring a bunch of ####### to the interview that they won't bother looking at. They didn't even open the folder for my green card interview. Waste of time and effort!

Traffic tickets don't require documentation unless it resulted in a fine of over $500 or involved a DUI, endangering children in the car, harm to another person, etc.

Now, that being said, the IO *may* request documentation at the interview, as proof of any fines paid---that's happened to a lot of people around here regardless of the amount of fine.  With traffic tickets under $500, USCIS is just more concerned whether the fine has been paid or is still outstanding.  You are required to list it on the application, though.

I paid it online so I should have an email somewhere. I also took traffic school online to avoid insurance rate spikes and definitely do have that documentation.
