I saw that https://www.nyed.uscourts.gov/naturalization, but was searching to see if (and why) I can be sent to Fed Plaza instead of Brooklyn Courthouse. But that is still some time away.

I had the same issue too. My priority date is one day earlier than received date. I filed exactly on the first day of eligibility. I used USCIS online calculator and even verified the date with N-400

that's odd. I am applying within 90 days, I answered the questions and was able to proceed. Paid the fee and was issued a case number,

Ask the IO at your interview if he can make a note of your preference somehow?  Worst he can say is it's out of his control...

Try this one https://my.uscis.gov/apply/naturalization.

 

Once you "click here for new experience" it will always direct you to the new site. I saved lots of links for USCIS so that I can access it anytime.

Yea, I'd log in and put in my one-time PIN, and it would take me straight to the new site without landing me on the old one first. Very weird.
