Hey guys, we just got our acceptance letters in the mail today for I-485, I-130, I-765 and I-131. Can't wat for my biometrics appointment letter, hopefully Monday!

Updated timeline

New Timeline

05/28/2017 - Package Sent

05/30/2017 - Package delivered 

06/09/2017 - Package returned (outdated I-130)

06/12/2017 - New package sent

06/14/2017 - Package delivered

06/20/2017 - Check cashed

06/21/2017 - e-mails and texts received

06/24/2017 - Notice of action (Acceptance letter) received in the mail.

So excited! 😊

we sent the AoS packet back in June 17 and we got the SMS and email notification last night before midnight! LOL, I didn't notice the messages till earlier this afternoon.

 

I guess they're moving really fast! Let's hope they'll actually have the process wrapped up for 3-4 months!

Hi Guys, thats great news...I just got my NOA1 letters today, about 4 days after getting the e-mails so you guys will probably have yours before the end of this starting week. I'm hoping to get my appointment letter Monday or Tuesday, usually the EAD take about that time frame to be done so yeah, 2 to 4 months...

Wish me luck  good luck to you guys and keep us posted...it's almost as good to get good news from people her as it is to get it in the mail...

I'm sad, I still haven't got any notifications. It has been 10 days since they've got my package.  Crying out loud. :((

Hi! I understand your frustration, specially when you see someone getting feedback with package been delivered the same day as you, however, my package had the big green letter on top of it (they send you a letter printed in green paper when they return your package back to you for some reason). So this is probably why I got the NOA1 before you, because that's the second time that I sent the package and they know it.

Have faith and patience, you're still in the timeframe and I'm sure that everything will workout just great for you too...keep us updated and stay positive sweetie...good luck to you and good luck to us!

I did got my letters Saturday...hopefully getting appointment letter today or tomorrow...going to DMV right now to try and get a drivers license with my acceptance letter...wish me luck! 😉

It was faster than I expected, now just wait and wait for months... Hopefully not that many months!

i live like 5 mins away from that place so i'm thinking about that. Is it gonna change anything if i would go there one week earlier or not?
