i am here in USA on pending AOS - application, and my work permit gonna expire in 3 months , I think as I'm from Pakistan my background check will take for ever....and I don't think I'm having my interview any soon !!

my question to every one , especially to those  one who been through all this process, can u please tell

- 1- how much is the fee for filing -renewal of I-767 ( work permit) & travel document

2- Do I have to file for travel documents form again ?

3- what supporting  documents needs to be attached with both of those forms ( work permit & travel ), I have a full time job now.

4- where to send the application, my Field office is in Missouri, I am so confused that where I have to send my application ( address!)

5- Is it possible if I go to my local office for info - pass appointments ( don't know how it works ..can someone explain pls) will it be helpful and even if I go to my local office , do I still need to send my application

6- Do I need I-94 form ( I forget where I print it last time from , which website portal ? Can some one pls float the link in my way )

any help would be appreciated, I can't afford lawyer !!

pls answer those question and if I can send the link of form or things i need to attached or fill

thank you you everyone for taking time to answer and read 🙏🏽

So you came here on a K1 visa, got married, and now filed for AOS if I'm correct? So you already have a EAD and AP correct, or just an EAD? No interview as of yet and no RFE or denial?

I would take all the paperwork you have concerning your AOS and make an infopass at your local office to get everything updated in the system. This will allow you to get everything updated and to be able to get an extension for everything. Also you need to see what's going on with your AOS

1. There's no fee if you have a pending i-485.

2. Yes, if you want to keep the AP, that is.

3. Two passport style photos, copy of your current EAD card (both front and back), copy of the i-797 approval notice of your current EAD and copy of the I-797c from your i-485 to show you still have a pending i-485.

4. You still have the same category as the last time you filed - (c)(9) - so you send the form and all supporting documents to the same place as last time.

5. No that won't help anything.

You should join some of us over on the Adjustment of Status facebook group. There is over 6000+ of us there going through the process. I'm kinda wondering the same things you asked because my husband just got his EAD/AP card and his AOS is pending to be scheduled an interview out of Houston with a priority date of 2/17/17 and they are only on May 2016 for interviews out of Houston.  So, if by January he hasnt been scheduled for his AOS interview, he will need to renew his EAD and AP and get it extended.    Join us over on Facebook and lets discuss it there too.

i-94 is not required for you

" A copy of Form I-94, Arrival-Departure Record (front and back), if available. If you are filing Form I-765 under the (c)(9) category, Form I-94 is not required."

You don't need a lawyer...but do read the instructions :)

https://www.uscis.gov/i-765

https://www.uscis.gov/i-131

Also- as soon as you have applied (only if you do it in time) your NOA1 together with the expired EAD serves as an automatic extension for 180 days.

Did you not read the answers?  You don't need an infopass. Scandi answered your questions and I told you about the automatic extension upon a timely renewal. They will not extend an EAD on an infopass.

He can't just go make an info pass and get everything updated. The renewal process is with forms and supporting evidence outlined by
