If you are looking to visit then I suppose you will have to apply for a tourist visa at the US embassy.

That will be almost impossible unfortunately. A work visa requires a US employer to sponsor you, meaning you'll need to have some special skill that will qualify you.

Otherwise, if your country is eligible for the DV lottery that is another option. Idk if Nigeria is.

You can't work on a visitors visa. It's either you come through an employer/company or a visa lottery ... These are the possible ways for you to consider if you wish to work and reside in the US

If this would be that easy, the whole world will be moving here. You can either try DV lottery or immigration, both take years. Tourist visa is only for visiting with no work at all, work visa is only for those who have skills and have been selected. Read the rules before you do anything.

Nigeria is no longer a DV lottery country.   You can try to get a work visa, a student visa , especially  in STEM paths may lead to employment later.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Other already told you that you have to see if you qualify for a visa. If you're fishing for some fake documents, no one will help you here.

The OP is not fishing for fake documents. He is asking a simple question. Thanks.

And to OP...you can go on the USCIS website and see what visa options you qualify for. Good luck.

You're welcome? Well that was my impression based on him looking for documents to make things "easier".

just for reference.

asking for, offering, giving, and accepting bribes are all illegal in the us and even if done in another country are still illegal for immigration purposes.

also

using any documents that in any way misrepresent what you are is considered fraud which will follow you for the rest of your life. if you are some how able to use them to get to the us and if it is ever discovered you used fraudulent documents for immigration purposes they can revoke every immigration benfit you have gotten from them. for example if you used them to get a work visa came to the us got married had usc children, got your greencard and eventually us citizenship they can take it all away your citizenship your greencard and deport you from the country and give you a lifetime ban from ever entering the us.

and the real kicker is that if they found you used fraudulent documents to get here then petitioned and got other relatives here they could be stripped of thier greencards and citizenship too since it all came from your fraudulent documents. now imagine having to go back to your home town with your family and explain why everyone was deported from the us.

do immigration legal or don't bother trying at all.
