If you have registered your service center at the top you can click on processing times and then somewhere on the upper left you should see

Your US Immigration Journey from Egypt

ball.gif View Your VJ Timeline
ball.gif Nebraska Service Center Processing Status
ball.gif View Egypt Consulate Reviews

this is just an example this is mine, but if you click on the service center processing status, it will give you a rough idea and show you the last people who have updated their status if they got their NOA2.

I'm keeping my fingers cross ,Texas received my i130 on the 2 of June and they are process may 31 so I'm hoping its anyday now for noa 2

I'm really not sure but when I did check the Texas lockbox it said they are processing all may 2017 files so I guess soon you will know what's your case status

Unfortunately it looks like a typo for the Texas Service Center...they are really only on mid January to early February cases right now. If you look at the bottom of your immigration timeline it will give you an estimated date as to when you might get the NOA2. I filed end of April & its showing sometime in October...it's not 100% accurate, but it's a more realistic timeframe. If you look at the TSC thread on here, you'll see that January & February filers are just getting they're NOA2 now.

4-24-17 I-130 sent to Chicago Lock Box
