Not sure what it could be, I'm hoping it's a box that needs to be ticked off that was overlooked as we sent a lot of pictures and plane ticket copies and copies of texts between us with dates.  But, if it's not that then there are a few things I could add to the file.

1) copies of every page of our passports with all the entry stamps

2) copies of his minor children's tickets and passport stamps (they came to meet and greet my children and we went on a road trip to the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas as a family).

3) my name is hyphenated from a previous marriage.  People mess around with the hyphen and the two names all the time so I have a bunch of aliases that I did not create but were made by organisations because some computer systems don't have a "hyphen" and drop the hyphen and add a space or remove the space between my two names.  I wonder if that might have caused a glitch.

4) more picture and proof.  Lol, I love our pictures as a couple and a family.  I could spend all day sharing my photo album and details with them!

I'll keep you all posted.

I would suggest pulling your I-129f and going over it to find if there is anything you may have missed.

and so ... we need to see that you and your fiance have met in person ... please send passport stamps or airline tickets blah blah blah ... unbelievable :jest: I sent pictures, airline itineraries, credit Card receipts, hotel bookings ... but didn't even think to send passport stamps gee whiz man;  But folks ... I have a serious issue here ... I can provide this information .. no problem, but after getting the RFE notice I went back through my petition and I made a mistake concerning some arrests I had like 15 + years ago, do you all think I should take this opportunity to send in the required documentation for these arrests or at this point all background is done and I should be safe here ... I think I'll post a topic for this in the main view  but I welcome your thoughts here as well.

Well at least it's simple. I sent mine, but but didn't include the identification page of my passport so they wanted a copy of that. The letter also suggested that written signed statements of meeting were valid evidence. So I sent that as well in my reply. My fiancee happened to be visiting so I could her her passport stamps and a Statement as well. Hopefully they get to yours quickly.

They specifically asked for additional proof of meeting in person, not of an ongoing relationship.

Hi,

You guys are such a cute couple.  I have been silently rooting for you. I'm sorry you got an RFE.  I hope there is a quick turn around to getting your NOA2. For proof of meeting I included: boarding passes to and from his country (the airline ticket is not as important because you could purchase a ticket and not go on the trip, but the boarding pass shows you actually boarded the flight), all pages of my passport, which includes the stamps), hotel receipts with both of our names on it, restaurant and store receipts, phone call log showing calls I made while in his country and a letter explaining each time we met, where we were located and what we did.  I made sure that the pictures that I included were aligned with what I explained in the letter. Pictures with him and his family and my family.

I wish you all the best.  I go to Jamaica at least twice a year and I just love the people over there. Good luck!

So annoying, receive a reply from the embassy saying they are not ready for our packet 3 and that they are processing our visa. why the f*** did it say ready on the ceac tracker then????

I would think that "Ready" means it is clear for us to proceed with packets and scheduling the interview. Does "Ready" mean they received the case?

hi! How were you able to track the case number before and after you? what case tracker do you use? thanks!

Sorry for the late reply... currently close to your timezone.... there is a list in a google drive from there you can take the first case per day and use this case number to scan (if you have the iphone app) and you can have a daily list. From that report I see the approved cases.

This is great news! Congratulations! Did you have a lawyer behind the application?

Thank you. and no, no lawyer. My fiance and his family were pretty adamant to begin with that we should get an attorney to handle our petition and my fiance even met with one to discuss it. In the end I managed to convince them that I could put it together myself. So happy I decided to do this now that Iv read and heard about all the horror stories of where lawyers have been involved.
