Ok, and you're Service Centre is TSC for i 130 right ?

I am asking coz the USCIS website says its processing FEB 2nd i 130 for citizens and July 15 for Permanent Residents as on SEPT 30, so i was just checking whether that was true

The USCIS website is not reliable

Yes.

Their website is always behind as they don't routinely update it. Approval predictions on visajourney are pretty accurate, at most plus or minus 2 week for most ppl.

Thanks, everyone. I just wanna let you guys know the status of my case still says received on the USCIS website. You most likely will receive approval in the mail first.

I got the notification on USCIS app for RFE on the same day it was mailed out.

I also don't understand why the USCIS site says Texas is processing I-130s for permanent residents before citizens! That makes no sense to me and honestly really makes my blood boil.

I got my NOA2 in Mid Oct.

Has anyone gotten their case sent to NVC in 20 days from NOA2?

thanks.

It's in the queue to be sent out until it shows "sent to DOS" from the online status.

Mine took 25 days to be sent out and 8 days for NVC to receive.
