Hello everyone I am already in the US now and it's my 11th day here my 90 days of entry will expired at May 30 and our wedding would be mid. May because some of his relatives want to come and that's the best we can do. Would there be anything I can do while I'm waiting or any advice for me if it's okay to get married in the near date of expiration of my Visa? I'm also worried about it for some reason. Please help me clear out my mind thank you so much and God bless.:)

Get used to the city and enjoy your fiance. Other than that, continue on with any hobbies you may have.

As for marrying close to the end of the 90 days, it doesn't matter as long as you marry before it expires. You can get married the day you enter the country if you want too, and you can also get married on the 90th day if you wanted too.. We married Feb 20th, his fiance visa expired March 4th.

Have you two considered a court house wedding now, followed up by the main fun ceremony in April? That's what my wife and I have chosen to do. We got married in February as it takes care of the legal side and allowed me to send off our AOS but we are having the ceremony in April where my family are flying over for it and our two families can get together.

It is of course each to their own, but if you are nervous about leaving it so late, a quick court house wedding will ease those issues :)

At a minimum, apply for a Social Security Number now.  Having one will make your life so much easier when you apply for a marriage license, drivers license, credit cards, bank accounts, etc.

Good luck on your journey!

Agree with all above posters.

Just try to get out and about and do things as normal, don't stay inside and get bored. It's a process and you have enough time a head still to wait for AOS besides the wedding.

We waited until about 17 days before the 90 day mark then sent the AOS off just after the 90 days time frame. So he still has about 3 months until EAD probably, so you can see 6 months is a long time to be sitting around at home.

Consider perhaps volunteering somewhere in your spare time to keep yourself occupied, or if you're a pet person perhaps getting a pet for company at home and all. There's a lot of options.

Thank you so much everyone for sharing some time for me to clear my mind. I was just lil bet scared thinking about there would be a problem if I will get married at the near expiration date of my Visa.I am very boring at home last week. I'm glad my fiance drop me to his siblings house before going to his  job not to leave me alone at his house. I'm now at his big sisters house with adorable kids. I feel way better than being his home alone. I'm still adjusting with the food and culture and I'm already missing my country which is Philippines.

as for now we didn't talked about the ceremony wedding it is a house weddin but we just need to wait for his father and brother  to attend. that's why we're not yet married. His whole family will be in our wedding mine just myself. Fiance visa is sometimes hard for us girl well of course except for those people who have the money to buy tickets for the other family.

I am not quite sure but I think it is not safe to do it close to your 90th day because it will take about 10 days for your marriage license to be registered after date of marriage. So , even if you got married before the 90th day but if the date of registration has lapsed the 90th day, it will not be valid as reqiremnt for you to ge a green card and you will have the possibility to be deported.

That's not correct. Doesn't matter how long it takes for the county clerk to record your marriage, it still counts from the day you had your wedding. Ie the date on the marriage certificate is the same date as your wedding, doesn't matter if it takes them 2 months (like here in LA county) to record the marriage.
