So I posted this on another thread that had nothing to do with us March filers... Woooo... Too much on the brain and doing too many things at once. Never a good mix..

Good afternoon my fellow March Anonymous Complainers!

 

Just wanted to update y'all... Since they are starting to touch Feb cases, I will start posting the March scans around 5/1. I'm almost finished scanning all of March petitions and then have to do a couple more things to get it looking nice and able to post the results like akesangel does. I'm also waiting for her to get back from her vacation to make sure I'm doing everything correctly.

 

Also, I'll probably start off with a weekly scan every Monday until they start touching March petitions and then I'll move into daily posts. Does that sound okay with everyone?

glad to be here to share and share our journeys.

i have received my NoA1 - just in the waiting process... The hard part.

fiance is in the phils - saw her back in February for three weeks

Then filed 129 when i returned they received on March 2nd.

This is truly the hard part.

The G-325A may be cause for concern, but then again maybe not since you have a co-sponsor. I guess you'll just have to wait and see what happens and if the Australia isn't a high fraud then you may be able to get away with it.

Letter from the bank? I am not sure what that is. 
I know on VisaJourney it says you need, 

 

You will need several items (for the above form). Gather duplicate evidence of income and resources as appropriate:  (A) Statement from an officer of the bank/financial institution with your deposits, identifying the following: 1. date account opened; 2. total amount deposited for the past year; 3. present balance"   I have a paper that shows the date that the account was opened. It has the bank letterhead and then says "To Whom It May Concern, _______ Account Number Ending In: XXXX, WAS OPENED ON 11/5/2003." and the same goes for me, the petitioner. There isn't a signature or anything like that though, or anything that I would classify as a letter. Also, I have another paper that says the present balance. Then, they gave me like a book of statements from the entire year. But I don't have a letter from the bank or anything. I didn't know there was supposed to be a letter.  We have both of our bank statements, just not this letter because I didn't see it say anywhere that there had to be a letter written by the bank.      Also, Australia is a low-fraud country.  And yes, I have a co-sponsor. I am hoping this won't be an issue. Because currently I (the petitioner), only get money through whatever I sell on my Etsy account. So I don't have stable income because I'm in college full-time. I just do that for some extra cash.

That is really nice of you to take on!! All of you that run the scans just help give us some little something to look forward to during this wait!  Even though I have a Feb received date I feel like I belong more with the March filers. Y'all help keep me grounded!

I read somewhere that bank statements shouldn't be collected until I receive my NOA2. But I really just rather collect stuff that I could while I can. Like that and the police report. It's better to be on top of stuff, right?
