i just called NVC and got a rep after 10 minutes, was checking my case stats where i sent 3rd check list and my scan date is Feb 27, she told me that you have to wait now up to 11 weeks i asked her it was 8 weeks she said from this Monday that is the new time frame and NVC update the time frame from 8weeks to now 11 weeks. so now i have to wait 11 weeks and then it will forward to supervisor if the case didn't get review within 11 weeks. It shouldn't apply to those cases that is already pending before the new time frame updated to 11 weeks because when i confirmed my scan date 3 weeks ago and rep told me that it will take up to 8 weeks and now 11 weeks and this should only apply to those cases that's come on Monday and after. This is going more stress out now because my 1st case was completed on weeks 11 and this is now more and more time.

i perfectly understand how you feel. thats what i told them, that the 11 weeks waiting period shouldnt apply on us, and yet, we both hear the same thing, when i called them on my 8th weeks thats the time they told me that it was changed to 11 weeks, and that on march 13 approval of supervisor review is now voided, and if i wont get CC on march 31, i should be calling on april 3 to request for a supervisor review and wait for another 6 weeks

 

lets keep our fingers crossed, we will have our CC's before april 2017 YAY! way too optimistic here

My police certificate was sent twice because my case number changed with my move, so I really hope they didn't give me a new scan date when the second one arrived :-(  It would have been at about week 2

They still didn't open the office.

 

We sent everything in a single package, each document included bar code sheet so that they don't mess it up.

 

I expect they'll just claim they didn't get it and we should resend it. Then back to 11 wks waiting for after reaching 10th week already.

 

This is crazy that they can checklist anyone like this with already so sluggish processing times!

@Thesmiths2016 what do you mean by your case number changed with your move?

 

I'm moving to a new apartment in 3 weeks and I'll call them to update my address, will this affect my NVC process in any way?
