She needs to provide a signed I-134 along with all the same types of evidence as the primary sponsor. This includes paystubs, a letter of employment, bank letter(s), a 2016 tax transcript (OR a copy of the tax returns + W2s), etc

A 1040 can be provided along with all W2s and other forms of proof of income used on it, but the tax transcripts are simpler and preferred (https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript).

Thanks @geowrian for ur respond

yeah ..  she  gave  me all those documents .

but i dun have my tax  transcrips  cuz i dun  work but  my mom filed  for me  in her tax papers (we are in same household)

so should i put her  tax transcrips twice.. in her I-134 (Co sponsor) and in my  I-134 (Primary sponsor )

If you didn't file your taxes because you weren't required to file, then you need to provide a letter explaining why you did not file. Nothing fancy...just explain that you had no income and didn't need to file. Sign and date the letter.

The joint sponsor's transcript is only needed for her affidavit.

@geowrian or anyone else who may have some insight into this.  What is the alien case number that is required for the medical?  Where can I find it?  Is it the USCIS number?  Is it the NVC number?  Am I getting warmer? :)

Hi @visamountain the alien case number you get from NVC which will be HRE201**** @HeartMoyo I am  a zim beneficiary too whose last name is Moyo all the best to you both. When I did this I wanted nothing more than a fellow zimbo but the ones in here weren't very communicative beyond repeating what you get online.

How long does it take to start showing up on ceac.state.gov?

The hre embassy will send you an email it doesn't take them too long to make comms-I only thought to check CEAC after the interview.Best advice for now is make sure you have everything you need for medicals you're looking at almost 7-800 I'm not the best at exact figures but you'll do physical,X-ray blood and vaccination none of which are in the same place - then a wait and on collecting photocopies. So I do hope you have transport to get around.

looking advice :)

once my fiancee fills out her i-134 affidavit form can see print it off and then sign it...to them scan it back into the computer to email me to print off. Or does she need to sign and post it to me?

Also all other requirements for evidence can just be scanned to me by email yeah?

Thanks :)

RFE can take time I'm afraid as some people in November and earlier are still waiting for approval after sending back evidence.

but that being said the trend seems to be anytime between 7-21 days and I've noticed from apps I was following it was Friday approval day...but it can be anytime!

we got an RFE approval 14 days after it was scanned back at uscis.

good luck

The debate about the I-134 requiring a "wet" hand written signature vs. a copied signature is ongoing on VJ.  Some members have submitted a copied I-134 with a copied signature and have had no issue.  Some members have done the same with copied signatures, and had problems.

I'm sure this debate will continue on VJ forever.

Its all up to you and your comfort level.

I know this for sure, they will 100% accept a completed I-134 with a "wet" hand written signature.  This is what I provided for my fiance because I felt more comfortable with her going to the interview with an original vs. a copy.
