Moving forward...I'm debating stripping out all the "approved" cases from my list soon. That way I can add in the last few hundred Dec. filers. I was keeping them in there for historical purposes and sometimes (very rarely), they are revoked or withdrawn after approval. Thoughts?

That seems like a good idea Geo  revoked ones would be sparse and removing them would give us Dec filers also some added hope  

You would have to tweak your batch script a little isnt it or would it be much work?

FYI, NVC Received my packet today from USCIS. My NOA2 was approved Feb 2, and 14 days later NVC received today. They have not processed my case#, so the waiting continues! 

This makes me hopeful - I was waiting to hear of someone with a similar date to mine whose case had reached the NVC.  We got our NOA2 on 30th Jan but when we called on Tuesday, NVC had still not received it.  I'm hoping it was in the same batch that yours was in sent from CSC...  Aaron is going to call again today so keeping my fingers crossed this means I'll be able to book my medical soon!

Yeah geo huge huge thank you!! Because you and few others it's nice to have an insight to see that they are actually working lol!! 

 

But it I would agree too by moving the approved people from the list and adding the December dates, would be a good move

Hurray!  Aaron called the NVC this morning and we have our case number so I can go ahead and schedule the medical now.

 

For those of you stll waiting - it does change eventually.  You will get there - in a week or two you'll be posting this update!  We are all moving forward - hang in there!

Dang! Congrats. I will call again today hopefully they have processed my case already. NVC told me yesterday they received my packet but that it will take a couple weeks to have my case#… I doubt it, i dont think it really takes that long!

It won't take that long - when Aaron called on Tuesday morning they hadn't received our case.  When he called this morning they had received it and were able to give himm the case number.  Incidentally - on Tuesday they told him to call back in SIX weeks time.  Thankfully he didn't - and I have my medical booked for two and a half weeks time.

 

Now I'm off to my doctor to book my mmr jab and an appointment to get my letter and vaccination records a few days after.

 

Applied for my police record check last week so hopefully i should have that next week.

Hello

May somebody can help me? I don't know why i cant use any apps for checking my case, even though i check it by Uscis.gov! That site showed can not loading! But when i used another wifi! It's still working normal! Help me pls!

Nope, I just need to tweak my list of K1s. I have an "overflow" of K1-s from Dec. that didn't fit in the list of 5000 cases I was scanning. The rest is just stripping out the approved records. Not hard.

Same date here, on my NoA2 stated that they already sent it to NVC .So they lied what is not uncommon in government, or some just before retiring on disability uscis member actually walk with it to NVC and just got there. Oh well wish they just used a post office to send it,  November 2.

Yes from viet nam, i checked it this morning was ok! Just happened at night! Or i have checked it too much thats why that website  blocked me already. I guess so ???

Good Morning Friends, 

 

After being put on hold for about an hour from NVC (the music they play when you're on hold may haunt my dreams after this past week) we got the news that our Visa was sent via DHL yesterday! So sending lots of good luck to those without their NOA2's, but on the bright side it was a super quick turn around at NVC! It only took them a few days to give us our case number and send it out!

 

Now the next step is just hoping that the wait at the US embassy for them to process our case and give us an interview date doesn't take a couple months. Unfortunately the U.S Embassy in Kenya is the only embassy that processes K1 visas for all East African countries  

 

Staying positive, hopeful and happy like always! Sending good vibes to those still waiting
