I'm glad to see VJ members from the Nov 2016 finally getting their interviews and approvals!

My fiance and I drove from Vancouver BC through the Peace Arch POE in Blaine Washington over the weekend, and her K1 Visa immigration processing into the US went smoothly.

Our K1 Visa Journey is finally complete.  Now...time to plan a wedding, get married, and work on the adjustment of status - oh joy!

I wish everyone good luck!  Thanks again for everyone's help and support!

@kurt&eva THANK YOU!  We wanted to be 200% sure that we had everything for his interview.  I thought we had it all, checking that list more than Santa Claus but I saw your post, raced to my parents house, typed out an updated letter of intent, signed and dated it, scanned it, sent it to his hotel, he printed two and signed and dated one...and now he's getting his interview clothes on and getting in the taxi.  I don't know if they will ask for a lot of things, but we have way more than what I could imagine anyone requesting.  THANK YOU!

Hello everyone!

It has been 2 days after my interview and approval but I just can't stop checking the CEAC case tracker daily! Haha.

My case is still under Immigrant Visa Application...and still says "READY" but the date last updated has been changing daily.

Anyone here know how long it will take until it becomes Issued? Just for peace of mind...

Thank you :D

Nobody can say for sure, but if it was approved at the interview and there aren't any issues (including internal/office-related issues at the embassy), then I think like a week or so is common with USEM. They're usually pretty fast.

Edit: Nevermind...you interviewed in SG. Whoops~ Ignore the above.

It varies from embassy to embassy. I don't know SG's timelines, sorry. In general, it's usually a matter of a couple weeks. It may be a little longer due to security checks when interviewing in an embassy if it isn't your national home one, but that tends to be more common for "actual" (non-K1) non-immigrant visas so it may not apply here.
