Wow that's crazy. My husband only got his EAD last week, no update on green card or anything. Super annoying.

Congratulations!

Thank you everyone! We would not be able to bear the stress without this thread. It helped us kept going knowing that we are not the only one experiencing the stress and dilemna of AOS.

So I checked our case status online and it now says

"New Card Is Being Produced

On May 14, 2017, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSC**************, and will mail it to the address you gave us." Guam is a day ahead. Although our interview was May 15, but in the states, it was still May 14. They updated the status 8 hours after the interview. Looks like the background checks out. Didn't expect the AOS to be this fast under 100 days.

Congrats! May I ask when did you file AOS and your NOA1 date? Your timeline isn't set up. Thanks!

I am also waiting for an interview date. My status still says case is ready to be scheduled for an interview. How long did you wait from this status to actually receive an interview date?

Current timeline:

July 2019 - filed I-751

August 2020 - filed N400

Sept. 2020 - i-751 status "Case Was Transferred to a New Office". Transferred to NBC.

April 12, 2021 - N400 interview in LA passed (with a pending i-751)

May 20, 2021 - I-751 status changed to Approved and N400 status changed to Oath Will Be Scheduled. 🤩

May 21, 2021 - received a call and email from USCIS Los Angeles with my NOA with my oath schedule.

May 28, 2021 - oath taking schedule in USCIS DTLA office. 😍

I've actually been noticing that the majority of people who had an AOS interview recently said that the IO doesn't say whether it's approved or not but just gives a generic answer like "we will review your case and you should find out within 90 days whether it was approved or not". Go look at previous AOS threads or even recently opened discussions that have headlines like "60 days after greencard interview still no response". It's a little strange because you would expect to get an immediate answer but the majority says that it happens when a supervisor still has to look and approve the case.

Hi everyone. So I was just trying to check processing times at USCIS. On the their website, I selected National Benefits Center because our case starts with MSC. But I-485s are not even listed on this page. So where am I supposed to look? Nothing has moved with our case since February 27th. I have no idea where our case is or even if someone has it. Is there any way to inquire about this? I know we can submit an e-request, but I'd rather talk to someone over the phone. He has is EAD and got that really quickly, but NOTHING whatsoever about the green card. I know we're all really frustrated. Any advice?

He won't hear or see anything from USCIS until they change the status. And that can take months.

You have to look  on the Processing page where it says 'field office'. And then you have to choose your field office.

I got my EAD approval letter about 2 weeks ago but still have not received it. My online case status still says "case received on Feb. 8th." My case has been active for 95 days. I submitted a service request on Friday. Hoping for something soon. Anyone else have a similar situation?

Expect the card to come sometime early this week. Mine took exactly 2 business days after the card was mailed but there wasn't a weekend in between.

Thank you! Got it today!
