My employer can sponsor me if needed - is this something I can do during the existing petition?

 

I am the beneficiary originally from UK !!

Although you cannot convert the track for a petition in the middle of its processing (i.e. from family-based to employment-based in the middle of adjudication).

They are totally different, as an aside on what basis is your employer applying, what visa category?

Up to your Employer/Lawyer which one to go for but that one seems unlikely.

 

I really do not know, seems a very unusual situation, I doubt if there is much out there, I would have thought a Lawyer would be essential.

How does sesay work?

If your employer is looking to sponsor you their first port of call would be their immigration lawyer. I do not know what options are available to you or if any are.

 

People have mentioned their knowledge of Sesay, some things are DIY, some things are not.

 

I believe you just wright to them if you want to withdraw your petition.
