you have to do what you feel cause this matters to you.  To them unfortunately, we are each just a case file.  Give it a day or two and try again, always hoping you get a nicer person who wants to help.

Well maybe one day they will get the understanding that if they !%@$@* fix the online status checker then people would not be calling so much

We were waiting for an update after sending USCIS our RFE a couple weeks ago, and despite having nothing in the mail or any updates online, my partner just received a call back and was informed that our case has been approved since May 19th and our NOA-2 is in the mail!

 

We wouldn't have even considered calling if you hadn't posted, so congratulations to you but more importantly thank you for sharing!

 

For others who have had bad experience calling, perhaps it's just bad luck...but the agent was super helpful, polite, and courteous! Stay positive, stay friendly, and keep trying! ❤

Congrats! Our response was received May 9th, so I wonder if we're already approved as well. Only problem is that my fiance can't call as he barely has time. Too busy with work and school. Seriously, he can only sleep a maximum of 4 hours everyday.

 

Anyway, I hope we've been approved as well. Maybe my fiance will get our NOA2 in the mail next week. Really wish we could call though. I'll try to ask him later. :/

Yeah, I was wondering if maybe they look at the call log for every caller and if they determine that they are a pest, they yell over some intercom that stretches across the USA, "Case number blah blah blah, to the bottom of the stack!".

You know that you can call yourself? My fiancé is the petitioner, I am the beneficiary. I have called our congress office, I have called USCIS and I am the one calling NVC as well. Never had any issues, I know the answers to the questions

We are on 127 days now.

We emailed the Senator last week but we haven't get any response yet. We called CSC talked to Tier 2 officer, and he said our case still not been assigned to any officer yet 

They said average processing dates are dec-15 now. But that's just average

Hang in there my friend, mine wasn't touched until 135 days then and RFE was send requesting information that was already sent in.  Once I replied I received the Noa2 a week later , keep in mind this waiting is the worst...everything else will go a lot faster.

I also got mine today. I called in the morning and they hadn't received it. But tested my luck in the afternoon and was given my case number 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼. Good luck to everyone else that's playing this waiting game.

I did, I'm may 8 and they got mine today , the lady provided me with a case number . You should call them . I call in the morning and they hadn't found anything. 

 

Then in I tried again in the afternoon and was given a case number.
