Because when I check on facebook people are saying that at the time of interview they reject the i485 because we are filing early.

So what to do?

Anyone can explain me about this situation? ?

Thanks in advance

Hi,

A few of us on this forum have had that debate, and actually some of us sent our I-485 package as soon as March started.

I read a case like that, wasn't on Facebook, but it was from the time that the Chart B and Filing Dates were early concepts, so maybe an misinformed agent could been involved. Because an early or improper filing should be rejected and returned, instead of filed.

In immigration, and dealing with federal agencies, it is important to read thoroughly, hope this 3 links are helpful:

Hi guys,

Do we require original Birth Certificate of the Petitioner at the time of interview? Little confused here. I know we require for the beneficiary but not sure about petitioner.

Thanks in advance

The original copy of only the beneficiary

I don't know if anyone have encountered an issue like this before or not, but I got a notification from the App indicating that there is an update, but when I checked what changed I only noticed one letter in the text that they had sent over a year ago was just updated. Does this mean my case is being worked on?!

Hi Gamboli. I received same massage through the app this morning too. Don't really understand what they mean by repeating already sent massage.

I think @Gamboli and @blessB are talking about the unofficial app to keep track of the USCIS cases. I have read a lot of people with the same doubt, it could have been something at USCIS changing the template for pending cases, or with the app developers of the app. Just dismiss it, the cases are still in the same status.
