You should get interview letter by end of this month or early april as told by Tenreyro as well. My wife PD is March 28 so hopefully we will get interview letter sooooooon...

Hello i have just joined this group at visa journey all helpers are doing excellent for each other. My wife (LPR) filed i130 unfortunately at CSC on Jan 8/2017. Didn’t receive anything except NOA1. Since we live seperate we don’t have anything in joint. We got married in court. Can someone throw a highlighter of all the steps including form names, total fees and which order. Also i am a Canadian PR( LIVING IN OTTAWA) as of now so which US EMBASSY i need to go? I think i should be able to use CEAC for all documentations right?

Hi guys, I hope you're all doing great. I wonder if any of you with a similar PD has already received an interview date?  My pd is July 20, 2016. 

 

My husband and I got a letter the 3rd of January , saying our case is completed and we just have to wait for an interview date. So far we still waiting, I will love to have an idea about when will it be...

Hi! Congrats!!!

 

Unfortunately, you have to wait. I would say a few months, probably July or August, maybe even June if things move forward quickly.

March 14, 2018: NOA1  / E-Notification // Physical Mail: March 20, 2018

March 17, 2018: Biometric Appt Notice received //  Appointment: April 6th

March 29 RFIE // April 11 USCIS received RFIE response

May 10, 2018: I-130 Approved  :D *But case sent to NVC*

July 11: INFOPASS Appt + Sent Additional Documents

July 20: Case Ready for Interview (Finally!)

August 14: Card being produced //  August 22: Combo Card in hand

Let's hope. Keep an eye on the Visa Bulletin each month, the faster it moves on Final Action Dates, the faster your interview.

We must wait until they start making interview appointments soon enough, but for April's Visa Bulletin it should be somewhere between April 15th and May 1st, 2016.
