There were only 4 approved today for that date so if that is the case then you were one of them or was your received date a different date?

Over a thousand of K1 visa petitions were filed in November alone.. and you're trying to be positive with a few cases being adjudicated per day?! If this continues at this pace some November cases wouldn't get approved until next fall. We are talking about 40 approved petitions per weekdays... what kind of weekend action you expect to see? 2 more cases approved at most... who cares? Think about it... 40 petitions per week. 15 min per petition? 15min X 40 = 10 hours lets say it took them twice the amount of time to process each petition 10 hrs. x 2 = 20 hours. So that's 20 hours of approving time per WEEK!! Did they allocated 1 person for our hunnybunny petitions?

oh it was. lol I literally said GOD i cant TAKE it anymore with tears in my eyes. Then the approval popped up lol. i haven't been myself lately very irritable... and emotional.... but now i can focus on something else now.

Hey my date is 10/31 and still awaiting approval! It's feels like everyone with numbers around mine are being processed apart from me! my fiancé has just lost his job ?, so what do I do with my affadivit of support? Do I still have to put him down or do I put JUST his co sponsors?

Maybe he'll get another job before you need the affadavit of support for the interview?  I would suggest that you get co-sponsors paperwork organised though - and I am sure we are all sending positive vibes for him to find something else very quickly.  I really feel for you and hope that this gets better for you very soon xx

Me too!  I am so glad I found this - and really feelingsorry  for the other three or four thousand filers for November who aren't on here!  I don't know how I'd have coped if i hadn't found out about the apps and the delays and stops... I would be totally losing my mind if I didn't know what was going on.  I really do feel like everyone on here is part of a giant rubber ring keeping us all afloat!

I agree not much resources to honey bunnies, They are focusing on other things which we will probably never know. They put the time frame to 5-6 months for approval before they will even consider responding to our request for case info. They know exactly what they are doing.

Well they did say that some cases that were received within the week of 10/31 - 11/04 got approved too right? Like some from November 4 if I remember correctly.

 

November 4 is our received date so it would really be good if we see more movement on our week. Hang in there Jim! Any day now you'll get NOA2!

 

I know that the wait is painful and it's easy to be mad at the government. Believe me, all I want and pray for right now is to wake up with my fiancé next to me. And it's really hard waking up alone every day.

 

But we'll get there! We just need to endure the wait and the distance. This group helps a lot.
