guuuuuuuys i got approved!!!!!!! on our anniversary!... TODAY was terrible ended up crying and driving 2 hours back home from visiting my family.....long story anyways when i got home around one am ...i got a notification that my case was approved....  i was just on the fone with my fiance crying telling him how much i couldnt take it and as i hung up.... IM APPROVED>>> now im all of a sudden sad by the people who arent approved yet because i know how it feels seeing approval after approval. But i guess that means one step closer to your case.

A BIG CONGRATULATIONS @mzladyq and to your fiancé!!

I feel the pain and frustration that you felt before you got notified about your NOA 2. That's why I want to get there to the US ASAP so I can be with my loved one.

At least yours will get there soon! I hope the process on his end won't take as long as it did with this one. Let us know of any updates! ^^

Agree . That is a voice of reality and reason, this whole government sh**t hole just stopped and is going nowhere.  Think this situation should get somewhere on news, maybe than, some bureaucrat make a call and asks what the fu**k going on in USICS.

What would they say in the news? " Some folks throughout America found love abroad and it's now taking 90 days instead of 30? The general public would just laugh and not give a #######"

After 5 or 6 months we can call our "bureaucrat" but I don't see it taking that long for Oct, Nov, Dec, filers. God I hope not.

Exactly. Unless you have a stake in the process, like we do, nobody cares how long it takes. Heck, I'm sure there are a bunch of people who would say it should take longer or it shouldn't even be permitted, especially from certain countries. For better or worse, we're essentially on our own for this process.

Well they did say that some cases that were received within the week of 10/31 - 11/04 got approved too right? Like some from November 4 if I remember correctly.

November 4 is our received date so it would really be good if we see more movement on our week. Hang in there Jim! Any day now you'll get NOA2!

I know that the wait is painful and it's easy to be mad at the government. Believe me, all I want and pray for right now is to wake up with my fiancé next to me. And it's really hard waking up alone every day. :(

But we'll get there! We just need to endure the wait and the distance. This group helps a lot. :)

Bobby

Hi Bobby,

I know how you feel. I'm not really mad at the government as I've been through this before but it's still not an easy process.

The bright side is it could be worse MUCH worse. Check out these K-1 timelines if you want.

6 to 8 months JUST for NOA 2 when these petitions were filed back with Texas Service Center instead of CSC.

Oof. Yeah this is much worse. It's just really hard to be separated with your loved one. Well, I guess that's the silver lining then huh? Let's just hope we see more movement by next week.

Im just being voice of  frustration and real situation that we are in, seeing how this whole thing is  going no where, don't really care about one approval from four months ago. realistically this will take several months for anyone to look at your file. This whole system is broken and not working ad all, will take months if not years to fix it, and that is if anyone gives a damn about fixing it. You have over 20000 applications by number on front of you, not mentioning another twenty thousand that are hanging there, and that's if we lucky. So for anyone looking for relief in six months old  application getting processed, just get real. , because we looking on same time,  before they get to us.Or rather he or she because looks like only one person is working on it .And lets hope that 10 foot high  boxes of files wont fall on him/her and whole great progress will stop to time that he come back to work from disability.   If false hope helps anyone great! But it just pissing me off. And for all man here this whole thing is still better than getting involve with local women. So no choice but just hanging there and wait. Some of you may think that I'm screw up but it don't matter life influence us different ways.  Hope that was entertaining.
