Help me!! i think i might get my K1 visa denied

Djmblour, Harpa's advice above is the best so far. I think at this point it might be better to get a lawyer. You can't be the first person ever to have this situation so there is a way around it, it'll probably just take time and professional legal help.

The US Embassy a lot of the times is no help at all in these kinds of cases, I'm sorry to say. They might give you similar advice to whatever has been posted here, or just simply tell you to find an attorney. They certainly will not solve the problem as they can't issue any document in place of a BC, they can only give advise and direct you towards the next step.

Seems like you want to close every opportunity for you to find the document.

Just word of mouth will not work with US embassy.

I find it hard to believe that the Swedish government closed your case and makes it impossible to find any record. Like someone stated earlier, how did you get Swedish citizenship without birth certificate? whatever document you used will be necessary for this process also.
