You are a Lawful Permanent Resident. An LPR.

It takes longer for an LPR to bring a spouse to the US.

The process for a citizen to bring a spouse to the US is quicker, but you will need to get your citizenship first.

As Boiler said previously, I think you're looking at around 2 years before your wife can join you in the US.

Being in the legal field myself. Beware what some lawyers tell you. They may want you to start the process to get you to sign on the dotted line, pay the retainer, and start racking up the billable hours. Don't make your case more complicated than it is, wait the 5 years, you are already so close.

Ok thanks so after 5 years finish after i got my green card i can file for my wife and apply for my cetizen ship or file for my citizen ship first and get it and then file for my wife so what yall think its better

I think it is better that you read the information on the links provided to you. I'm not being facetious or nasty. Just about every question you asked is answered by reading that info. Why didn't you read it? This is a DIY site with the emphasis on the "Y". Don't ask what "DIY" means - use Google.

Then, take a look at the guides at the top of each VJ page to find out exactly what you need if you are going to file. If you are interested in citizenship, at the very least you should be going to uscis.gov/forms to take a look at the forms and the requirements. What did you do for the ROC? Didn't you got to uscis.gov to download the forms? it is one thing to ask for guidance but it is another to ignore the guidance and demand that others do the work for you. Read and read again.

And you are not.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
