Thanks :) The guy we spoke to basically said if we had that he could approve us right now and to send it in if we couldn't get it today then look for the Green Card in the mail in 4-6 weeks. Seems positive :) Just means still in limbo technically which isn't a fun place to be haha

No it isn't ;-)

Well happy for you that it's an easy fix and hopefully you can send it back soon!

GREEN CARD ACCEPTED!!!

San Diego, CA (downtown)

AOS from K-1

Went to the interview with my wife and it was great. The place was easy to find and the interview started right on time. The person was super friendly.

We were sworn in and both asked for ID. Our IDs had matching names and addresses.

They asked me (petitioner) questions.

    - Name, Address, Where do you work, What do you do, what's wife's birthday

They asked her (beneficiary) questions.

   - Name, parents names, place of birth, occupation, moving history, current job and past jobs, how many times she visited the US, how long were visits. They asked her about groups she was in and made sure she never lobbied to government. Then they asked her all the NO questions to make sure she wasn't a terrorist and such.

Then they asked about our story, we have her a rundown of  how we met, where, decision points on getting married, she looked at all of our 50 pics, she asked us about plans for the future and personal goals. She chose 5 pictures and then told us we were approved.

Super easy!

Would seem right if that is true. At November 30 they were at April 28 ... so ATL should only be around end of June now.

I'll keep en eye on it and see if they correct the dates.

Any filers from San Francisco? I'm trying to buy tickets for summer but I don't know if I should go on june or july because I feel like the interview will be when I am gone...

So when do San Francisco filers feel like they will get their interview?

Thanks!

I know that some of you guys are waiting for the interview. Is there anyone who already got i-131, advance parole, and is planning to go outside the US with that? What should i prepare to go out and come back with combo card? Im so afraid since Trump became the president. There is a rumor that when you come back, the immigration people may not let you re enter or even let you sign i407, discard the green card process.

Is there anyone travelling with advance parole soon or already travelled with it? Please share the experience.

im going back home in April for a month.
