i got an email today saying my interview date is august 30th case completed may 19th seems so far but thankful

Case Completed on June 24. Just got Email notice today from NVC that our interview in Guangzhou, China is scheduled on Aug 3rd, 2016. I am so relieved this is going to end soon. It has been 4 months and 20 days since we mailed out our I-130 petition in the first place and it has been an incredible journey. I appreciate all the help that I got from the VJers here. I know how difficult the waiting is, especially the applicants without the Direct Consulate Filing option. You will all have that day to reunite with your family. Best luck!

Congrats for getting interview date, for approved and for cc.

I am waiting for IL from Nov 2015 but not scheduled interview yet,when I called in Nvc they said call in the 1st week of every new month,I am become crazy,

Plz suggested what can I do,

My PD is 16 DEC 2004,

At our interview, the CO said they do not usually take chat logs because they can be automatically generated. Despite his statement, he took ours anyway, along with the logs of our Viber and regular phone calls.

If you do choose to include call logs and chat transcripts, I suggest making the thinking easy for them. I did a summary of the dates, times, and duration of the calls in a spreadsheet to show a total of 353 hours of calls and included screen shots from the Viber call logs and my phone bills to back up the summary.

Since our WhatsApp chat was 3,729 pages, I did a screen shot of the print screen that showed how many pages it was and then gave them a selection of conversations from each month. Total chat transcript pages submitted was 112.

A lot of the time they don't even ask for much of anything at all.

It's all really up to the CO and the circumstances of your case. Given that, it's much better to be over prepared and not need it than to not have something that could be used to help your case.

Thanks alot! I was starting to print whatsapp today and saw only 2-3 months have 2500+ pages of chat and thought that's impossible to print. Will do that now.

hi everyone my visa was aprroved al hamdoulila and im palaning to go on 25th july ! But the thing is the 21july me and my wife will complete 2years of marriage ! So i will receive the 10years green card or it gonna be just 2years conditional visa ? Do i have to tell the officier at POE that we completed 2years or he will know by himself ? Thank you

Hi

My spouse interview is scheduled August 25th in Dakar but I just got put on assignment( military) to go to Korea in December 2016. I was just wondering can I contact the embassy if they can move the interview date to end of July or beginning of August?

If someone can help me on this issue. Thanks
