Hello! I have been reading alot of discussions on this but they all say something a little different so hoping to get some feedback on my specific cirucumstances. Thank you in advance for your help! I am the petitioner living in Hawaii and my fiance lives in Guinea, going through the Senegal Consulate. I am preparing the I-134 and planning on providing the following supporting evidence: - Past 3 years tax transcripts - Offer letter from employer with Salary information, stating full time employment - Recent paystubs (Last 2-3 months enough?) Do I need to also include a letter from my bank with current amount and deposits from last year? This is something I see differing opinions on. My annual income is $65K. Do I need to provide any information on my stock portfolio as an asset or do I make enough for that to not make a difference?

Hello! I thought I was waiting for our NOA1 still but then I just realized maybe the text I already received on June 7th was it. "USCIS: Your case was received. Receipt # WACXXXX.... Official Receipt Notice (Form I-797C) to follow in mail. Msg & Data rates may apply. DO NOT REPLY" Is this it? Haven't received anything in the mail yet. I also checked the case status which reads: "On June 5, 2024, we received your Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fianc (e), Receipt Number WACXXXX..., and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you have any questions, visit the USCIS Contact Center webpage at www.uscis.gov/contactcenter. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address." The application fee was taken out of my account on June 10th. I have ***removed*** which says the above as well and lists California Service Center and says my estimate is June 20 to July 26. I thought that was an estimate for receiving the NOA1 but now I am confused. Thank you in advance for any help!

I'm co sponsoring 3 siblings. Family size is 6 + 3 = 9, and my 2019 income on my taxes was 53k. I had a promotion in December and now my salary is 65k more than enough for a household of 9. I have employment verification letter and six months pay stubs shown this income. I'm also including an assess value of (55k/5 = 11k) I'm worried that we get an RFE since my last year income was not enough? I'm not sure if one qualifies based of of past year income or current income. Thank you for your time and help.

My mother (who is a part of my household and a dependent on my tax return) petionned for two of my siblings living overseas. Our family size is 6 + the 2 intended immigrants (8 people total). She is filling (2) I-864 (with $0 income) being the petionner, and I am filling an I-864A with 65k (more than enough for 8 people). My question is how do we do the count to reflect a family size of 8 on her I-864. So far I can only come up with 3. There is no family member count on the I 864A. Family members: My mother, Me, my wife and 3 children. Thank you & your help is greatly appreciated.
