So wat is this Greencard production fee of $165. Is that paid on the day of interview?

You will receive instructions on HOW to pay this fee the day of your interview. You may pay it before you enter the US or after you enter the US. But...your Greencard will not be "in production" until after your POE and after you pay the fee.

Good morning, just wanted to give everyone an update my hubby POE was 25 days ago and he got his social security card with a week of being here. He got a job within two weeks of being here and received his green card yesterday just 25 days after POE.God is good

Come on NVC give my husband an interview date. Come on.

I am confused. I have seen persons with case complete months after yours get an interview date.

Are you an IR1/Cr1 category? Because that category is for US citizen spouses.

Should we take all the chat logs,calls and everything sent to uscis or should we take to the interview all the evidences that happened afterwards we have sent I-130?

At our interview, the CO said they do not usually take chat logs because they can be automatically generated. Despite his statement, he took ours anyway, along with the logs of our Viber and regular phone calls.

If you do choose to include call logs and chat transcripts, I suggest making the thinking easy for them. I did a summary of the dates, times, and duration of the calls in a spreadsheet to show a total of 353 hours of calls and included screen shots from the Viber call logs and my phone bills to back up the summary.

Since our WhatsApp chat was 3,729 pages, I did a screen shot of the print screen that showed how many pages it was and then gave them a selection of conversations from each month. Total chat transcript pages submitted was 112.

A lot of the time they don't even ask for much of anything at all.

It's all really up to the CO and the circumstances of your case. Given that, it's much better to be over prepared and not need it than to not have something that could be used to help your case.

September 14, 2016 - Consulate requested passport

September 21, 2016 - Mailed passport to Consulate

September 22, 2016 - Passport delivered to US Consulate mail facility

September 26, 2016 - CEAC shows "update"

September 27, 2016 - CEAC shows "update"

October 5, 2016 - Emailed Consulate to verify receipt of passport and ask about turn around timeline - "will reply within 2 business days"

October 11, 2016 - CEAC shows "update" (likely due to email sent 10/05/2016)

October 27, 2016 - CEAC shows "update" & Received email from Consulate confirming passport was received on 9/26/2016 and to allow 8 weeks for processing.

November 17, 2016 - CEAC shows "update" in the morning - still Administrative Processing.

November 17, 2016 around noon - CEAC shows "ISSUED".

No its paid online after you pick up Visa. You can pay before you arrive to US or up to a year (expiration of your temp green card).
