Hi, does this update show on your "My USCIS account" page, or on the general USCIS case status page? Thanks.

Do your statuses match when you check in your USCIS account vs the general page?

Hi All,

My parents are in USA for more than 4 months on IR5 but still didn't receive a green card.

Mother POE: May 20 2019 Green Card fees paid on May 05,2019

Father POE: June 23 2019 Green Card Fees paid  on July 15,2019

Can you guide me where should I check or how to contact USCIS to check my parents green card status ?

Thanks in Advance !

My concern is how can check that they received the fees and is there any progress on My parent's Green Card or not ?

I have receipt of Immigrant visa fees payment but when I check on USCIC my case status using the I130 application notice number it says " Case was sent to the Department of State"

Is this a correct way to check green card status or do I need to check at any other website ?

Your inputs are appreciated.

TIA

What is OS155A is ? Does everyone needs to fillout this form at POE ?

My parents entered in the states before 140 days (May 2019). They are still waiting for their Green Cards. USCIS Immigrant visa fees was paid already on May 05 2019.

They didn't receive any form to fill out at POE. Is this form OS155A is compulsory to fill at POE ? What is we didn't get that form at POE?

TIA

OS155 is your greencard, you don’t fill out that firm at POE. That is why I told you to read through this thread because all the questions you have, have been answered here. Plus there is a ton of more information.

Also you should have gotten a receipt number when you paid for your OS155, use this receipt number to follow the progress of your case on this website.
Or make an account, or download the app.

Is OS155A = Immigrant Via Fees payment receipt ?

I checked the status on the USCIS website using the receipt number which I got when i paid Immigrant Visa fees. It said "Immigrant Visa Fee Received".

TIA

Do you guys get the same status when you log into your account vs when you just check on the website? I’m wondering who’s encountering the same issue I have.

No. It's "In process" in my account and "Fee receive" on the website. It's incredible that USCIS didn't fix it. This problem has been known for along time.

The status is always "In Process" on uscis account. It literally offers no information as your case should be always considered "In Process" unless file's been closed .
